The extensive research the Institute of HeartMath has conducted and participated in over the past 19 years, along with independent research closely related to IHM areas of study, are available to the general public in the publications on this site. HeartMath greatly appreciates the contributions of neurocardiologists, psychologists, physicians, professors, physicists and many other professional people from the fields of science, medicine and education who have made these publications possible.
Although there are sections where the material is technical and academic in tone, we have reviewed these publications and believe the layperson and clinician alike will find much to interest them, challenge what they know and spark a desire for further understanding of the human heart, brain and emotions – areas of research in which IHM is a recognized world leader.
We at HeartMath encourage and invite you to read and learn about these and many other fascinating subjects examined in our research publications. So, sit back, relax and enlighten your heart and mind to a wealth of knowledge about stress and emotional management, your intelligent heart, heart-brain interactions, emotional physiology and energetics, the physiology of learning and much more.
