Special Care Focus: Maintaining Our Higher Vibration

Welcome to the Special Care Focus: Maintaining Our Higher Vibration.

Every Wednesday in October, November, and December 2025, we invite you to participate in this special care focus.

Maintaining Our Higher Vibration

With all the political and societal chaos, it can be challenging to maintain a higher vibration and a positive view of the personal and planetary shifts going on. In these transitional times, a helpful way to increase calm, inner balance, and effective choices is to engage core qualities of the heart – care, kindness, compassion, patience – and pause in stillness more often in day-to-day interactions. Maintaining a higher vibration of love is also related to how much we genuinely practice neutralizing our judgments of self and others, practicing compassionate listening rather than reactive listening, and forgiving old situations that create ongoing energy deficits in our mental, emotional and physical systems.

Forgiveness becomes an act of intelligence, once you learn that it’s YOU that gets the highest gift from it, in most cases. Forgiveness is especially important in these times of amplified judgments, blame, and separation, even among families, dear friends, and those with different beliefs. Many of us know deep within that our hearts call for forgiveness, yet it’s understandably hard when emotional pain and injustice are involved. Forgiveness becomes more possible as we increase our heart energy from practicing more kindness, compassion and respect for each other and ourselves.

Operating with more kindness and respect attracts more of the same to ourselves. Compassionate interactions amplify our heart’s intuitive nudges and directions, bringing our higher choices into a clearer view.

Higher Principle and Dignity

The vibration of our thoughts, feelings, attitudes or moods can rise and fall throughout the day – especially in today’s emotional climate. When our mood is trapped for days in the lull of a lower vibration, there is a frequency of Higher Principal within our heart that senses when enough is enough. This activates our inner dignity which lifts our heart vibration to help release old, stress-generated energies and align us with new heart-directed choices and solutions.

Dignity is at an all-time low throughout the planet, yet it can be restored and the bar raised to new heights as the heart energy increases in collective humanity. The pace of accelerating stress is creating a magnetic draw for more dignity, Higher Principle choices, and increased love energy to reduce separation and encourage people to get along with each other. (The missing piece behind the peace that’s missing.)

Given where the world is now, the most important practice for building our baseline of resilience and poise is to raise our love vibration through increasing our care, patience, kindness, compassion, gratitude, and forgiveness. And reminding ourselves to "take a mental and emotional pause in stillness" a few times a day, while breathing love in and out through our heart area, to help us regain focus, clear brain fog, and realign with our higher intentions and choices. Many people are reporting that practicing pause several times a day has become one of their greatest assets during these transitional times.

Care Focus: Maintaining Our Higher Vibration

  1. Center yourself in the heart and breathe love and appreciation for a few minutes to warm your heart.
  2. Breathe easily and imagine with each breath that you are bringing in Higher Principle and dignity to lift your heart vibration to help release old, stress-generated energies.
  3. Now radiate unconditional love, kindness, compassion, and stillness into your mental and emotional nature for a minute or two.
  4. While maintaining inner calmness, ask your heart for guidance, solutions, or deeper understanding regarding any issues or challenges you are experiencing.
  5. Let’s close by radiating love, kindness, and compassionate care into the planetary energetic field, while seeing more people and nations getting along with each other. Let’s send our deepest compassion to all who are suffering from war, displacement, famine, natural disasters, and other global stressors. See the radiation of our collective heart energy helping to lift the hearts of those suffering hardships.
