The HeartMath System has been taught in training programs to tens of thousands of people around the world in person or in webinars and telephone sessions. The core of this system is a set of scientifically validated tools and techniques that can help people of all ages renew energy, gain greater mental and emotional balance and build resilience. Sustained practice of these tools and techniques has been shown to reduce feelings of anxiety and worry, improve decision-making, problem-solving, health and overall well-being and strengthen personal relationships.
The following individuals provide HeartMath programs and workshops: staff members of organizations who have been through HeartMath Licensed Qualified Instructor training; independent trainers who are educated in the HeartMath System and knowledgeable about specific populations; and Institute of HeartMath staff.
