I have been a HeartMath trainer and have integrated Heartmath tools and practices in my personal life for 25 years now. When I learned about the HeartSmarts Adventure program, I knew it would be the perfect addition to my niece’s new homeschooling experience with her 5 year old daughter.

My great-niece loves the science most of all, but the songs and games are a hit, too. She has fun singing the songs with her 3 year old twin sisters.
