Building Personal Resilience

This program helps any individual gain the expertise to mentor and coach others in building and sustaining their resilience capacity.

You will mentor individuals in learning HeartMath’s resilience and energy regulation skills and coach them on how to apply the tools in their day-to-day lives. This process increases their self-awareness and ability to more intelligently self-regulate their energy, which directly affect performance and personal fulfillment. Ultimately, this process helps people unfold “who they truly are.”

The Resilience Advantage

As a HeartMath Certified Trainer, you’ll be licensed to deliver The Resilience Advantage™ workshop in its entirety or selected modules to groups, organizations and companies. At the core of the program are evidence-based tools designed to help people bring their physical, mental and emotional systems into balanced alignment – essential for personal and professional effectiveness.
