- Attitude Breathing™: Focus your attention in the area of the heart. Imagine your breath is flowing in and out of your heart or chest area, breathing a little slower and deeper than usual. With each breath draw in an attitude or feeling of calm, ease or patience.
- As You Continue Attitude Breathing, see or imagine yourself in the upcoming event, situation or interaction.
With genuine feeling, see yourself being calm and balanced, remembering to re-center in your heart if you start to overreact or lose emotional composure.

With regular practice, the Prep technique will add to our self-security—knowing that we have the ability to maintain composure even in very challenging situations. It’s like creating an energetic template that guides our performance and interactions toward more positive outcomes.
