
A pilot study of New Vision Wilderness Therapy (NVWT) found improvements in psychological and psychophysiological functioning for adolescents with complex trauma. Caregivers also reported lasting benefits in psychological functioning, with few differences based on demographics or trauma history. Results suggest NVWT is a promising intervention.
