
Self-Regulated Learning (SRL) opportunities decrease when students reach secondary education (Casey & Caudle, 2013). Nonetheless, adolescent students are still expected to apply SRL skills and achieve academic success, all with predeveloped brains and bodies vulnerable to psychophysiological dysregulation.
