How to Get Started
The Global Coherence app was created by the HeartMath Institute to enable anyone to create or join a coherence group. Using either the Inner Balance Coherence Sensor, or the phone’s camera as a sensor, people can measure their individual coherence and see the coherence contribution of their group, as well as the global community at large. The donor-funded app is free for everyone.
