Moving from Chaos to Coherence
Let’s start by connecting in the heart with everyone participating in the Care Focus and radiating love and appreciation to each other.
As we watch the news, we can wonder how humanity can recover from the increasing global chaos. People are on edge from fear of government decisions, personal and global economic disruptions, and especially the threat of a larger war. We could list for pages the stressors and fears, but the question is, what can we do to help maintain our personal balance during these unpredictable times.
First, we need to re-connect more deeply with tools proven to help us restore balance in our mental and emotional nature. These times call for a more consistent energetic commitment to meet today’s high impact personal and collective challenges.
Often when stress increases, overwhelm can cause a drop in our tool use, especially when we need it the most. This is when we need to make a deeper commitment to remember to use a tool – even just getting still and consciously breathing. While breathing, it’s helpful to radiate love or care. This can be toward someone you care about, or something you love to do, like gardening, bike riding, walking in nature (something you can have a positive feeling for). We understand in certain life situations it’s harder to feel love or feel your heart due to stress overload. It still can help to sit quietly and breathe through the area of the heart for a while, which helps to calm your emotional energy from a runaway mind and overwhelm.

Heart energy helps renew us when we’ve been drained from stress and anxiety. That’s why more systems now than ever are including heart in their tools and instructions for personal balance, emotional management, and energy renewal. This is why heart coherence measurement and practice has increased in popularity and effectiveness across the planet.
Here are a few simple tools we can use to increase our heart energy and coherence during these times. Don’t let “simple” make you think these tools aren’t effective. They are acts of deeper care for yourself as well as for others.
While watching the news, do heart-focused breathing and breathe the attitude of calm and ease to remain balanced and not drain your energy.
When you find yourself feeling overloaded or stressed, remember to pause, shift to your heart focus and breathe compassion into your cells for a minute or two.
When you see others anxious or stressed, pause, shift to your heart focus, and send them kindness and compassion. Give them compassionate latitude, realizing they are probably overloaded. This saves you from harsh judgments and the stress backwash this creates in your system.
Use any of the heart coherence apps to help you focus and synchronize your heart, brain and nervous system which restores balance and mental clarity.
The important thing to remember is now is a time to match our commitment to using tools to the robust increase in stress levels. It’s not a time to throw our hands up and say I just don’t know what to do. It’s okay if we feel this at times, but we cannot afford to let it become a parking place.
In a world fractured by polarized beliefs, biases, and fear-based reactivity, using heart coherence tools has been shown to strengthen social bonds, increase cooperative behavior (not conformity toward ideology, but toward mutual care), and build the creative foundation for genuine collaboration. GCI studies suggest that the straightest pathway for humanity to learn to get along with each other is for more people to consciously increase their heart coherence by practicing deeper care, kindness, and compassion in their interactions.

We can create a turning point for the world as more of us commit to doing this and to sending love and care to each other. A GCI research study of groups in five countries found that just fifteen minutes of collective heart coherence practice, sending love and care to each other and the planet, increased not only synchronization among the members in each group – it increased their heart synchronization with groups across the planet.
The magnetic effect of this global coherence suggests the possibility that together we can create a momentum for love to go viral.
Care Focus – Moving from Chaos to Coherence
- Breathe love and relax in the peace and warmth of the heart. Breathe more slowly and deeply. On the in-breath imagine breathing in divine love. On the out-breath radiate love and care to all your cells.
- As you feel your energy calming, softly radiate love and peace into the environment to help you find a deeper level of ease and flow in your interactions.
- Now, with feeling, see yourself putting out more love, care and compassionate latitude to increase your heart energy and maintain your personal balance.
- Now, see more people across the planet increasing their heart coherence by practicing more care, kindness and compassion to help manage their energies, reduce separation, and create a momentum for love to go viral.
- Let’s close by radiating our deepest care and compassion to all people around the world suffering from fear, anxiety, and trauma due to wars, displacement, natural disasters, and other stressors as your heart guides you.
You can continue to do the Care Focus, if convenient, after the full moon period, as this will help raise the vibratory rate of the personal and collective field environment.
Thank you for Caring.
