Backed by science, research and experience, HeartMath’s Military Resilience Training programs are tailored to fit the tactical requirements of service members in every phase of military life.

HeartMath resilience training incorporates research-based self-regulation techniques and technologies that promote sustainable stress tolerance and resilience. Benefits also include improved mental performance and focused decision-making in adverse environments, heightened situational awareness and reduction in the physical, mental and emotional symptoms of operational stress.

The techniques HeartMath teaches are intentionally designed to be simple, easy-to-use interventions that can be adapted to virtually any culture, setting or age group and are free of religious or cultural bias.

Military Service Appreciation Fund

HeartMath’s Military Service Appreciation Fund offers scholarships for its resilience tools and technologies. These tools and technologies help service members and veterans self-regulate stress-related symptoms such as hypervigilance, hyperarousal, sleep disturbance, irritability and memory and concentration problems before they lead to more serious health issues.
