The HeartMath Tools for Well-Being
For more than two decades, researchers at the Institute of HeartMath, www.heartmath.org, have been developing methods for people to put their emotional lives in order. They know, based on numerous scientific studies, if people can do that, they also can reduce stress, improve their cognitive abilities and actually increase their energy and resilience and improve physical health.
All of this adds up to what HeartMath calls our overall well-being. For a long time, HeartMath has made a number of the tools it had developed available to anyone who wanted to improve their overall well-being.
