Many of you tell me how good you feel when you see others inspired and changing after using HeartMath’s simple tools and techniques. Lives changed for the better is one of the most satisfying feelings I experience.

I know these are truly desperate and challenging times for many people. No matter what the circumstances are, we can all share our hearts by making a sincere effort to stop and listen to others when they are speaking to us. It takes very little effort to share your compassionate heart by sincerely listening to someone in need – a child, family member, neighbor, colleague or anyone.

Thanks to each of you who has stopped and listened to the needs of others, and thanks to all who have given so generously to one or more of the institute’s Caring Initiatives: HeartMath for Communities Project campaign, Heart-Based Education Sponsorship Fund, HeartMath Military Service Appreciation Fund or the Global Coherence Initiative.

Our goal this year is to compassionately listen and, with your help, reach out to those requesting HeartMath programs for their schools, community programs and social service agencies.

Thanks to our generous supporters and matching gifts from an anonymous donor and our sister company HeartMath LLC we exceeded our fundraising goals of $20,000 for the Heart-Based Education Sponsorship Fund and $20,000 for the HeartMath for Communities Project.

These funds will provide HeartMath training, programs and technology for students, educators, community volunteers, nonprofit staff and organizations, care providers and social-service agencies.
