A cloud of mental and emotional distortion has built up in the earth’s planetary field environment from cumulative negative emotions, Institute of HeartMath founder Doc Childre observes in a new tool he has created to help people dissipate the cloud.

"These negative emotions separate people from their true selves and others, Childre explains in the Density Dissipation Lock-In. "Individual and collective heart energy can be effective in helping to clean the earth’s field environment."

Field environment

Childre said people can more easily understand the term, field environment, by recalling a time when they entered a room where there was a charged argument with strong feelings of judgment and bitterness taking place – even if those in the room were silent while you were there. "Remember feeling the obvious heaviness of that negative energy?" he said. "That’s a field environment." A field environment can be positive or negative.

A striking example of physical negative density, say HeartMath officials, is what Oprah Winfrey described on her recent Earth Day TV show and which she dubbed "The Great Pacific Garbage Patch." Believed to be the world’s biggest garbage dump and containing a massive quantity of human trash, especially plastic and packaging materials, it stretches from the California coast to Japan and is believed to be twice as big as Texas."

Positive field environment

In contrast to such negative density, Childre explained, "You can also recall examples of positive field environments, where you’ve been to an inspiring lecture or places where people have meditated or prayed or shared a bonding in a positive way. These are positive field environments."

By way of analogy, Childre, the internationally known author of numerous books and creator of other HeartMath tools and techniques, likened the green movement, which was born out of a desire to clean up and balance the physical environment, to the Density Dissipation Lock-In, which was designed to clear and balance the collective mental and emotional field environment.

The theory of an emotional density cloud has been around the scientific community for a number of years. Noteworthy among those who have explored this science is behavioral neuroscience and biomolecular science researcher Michael A. Persinger. His hypothesis says "when memories in the human brain are created … this energy is also represented externally, within the earth’s magnetic field." Persinger also states that DNA sequences store genetic information and these hold a record of Earth’s biological structure, and this record dates back billions of years.

Density Dissipation Lock-In

Preparation: It helps to find something to appreciate for a minute or two before doing any global transmission, because it helps open the heart more and increase coherence. Then sending heart energy is even more effective.

To help transform the mental and emotional density cloud that surrounds the earth, do the following:

  1. Imagine radiating love and care from the heart into the density and seeing it dissipate, the way the sun dissipates clouds.

(You can imagine that your heart is like the sun streaming gold light into the density cloud. For some people, this adds more texture to the experience, but it’s not necessary for effectiveness. It’s the feeling of genuine care that counts.)

  2. Close with a few minutes of seeing the planet in a coherent state, experiencing peace, harmony and heart-based connection. (It can be helpful to add this to the end of any technique.)

Planetary field environment

Childre explained that the Density Dissipation Lock-In helps to clear the negative emotional energy buildup that has accumulated from past greed, separation, violence, etc: for example, people living out of alignment with the heart. He advised people not to limit use of this tool because it can be effective at any time.

As caretakers of the earth, we all are responsible for helping to clear the planetary field environment, Childre said. "By taking responsibility, we can significantly offset the amount of stress the planet experiences during the coming years of obvious changes."
