A "Thank You" to Our Supporters |
Another Great Year for You and HeartMath
All of us at the Institute of HeartMath want to extend our heartfelt thanks to all of you once again for supporting our important work for another year. It is because of your support that HeartMath has been able to help thousands more people in the past 12 months to recognize and reduce stress in their lives and improve their health and well-being.
We truly appreciate your support and never forget that your generous contributions, especially in these difficult times when so many are in need of HeartMath’s life-renewing programs and services, have been pivotal in creating an institution that is trusted, respected and relied upon throughout the world.
Your energetic support is a cherished gift as well. What People Are Saying …
"HeartMath has helped me a lot. It has helped me in being more calm and patient. My concentration power has also increased. Recently during my math examination I had gotten really scared because only eight minutes were remaining and I hadn’t finished my paper. My mind had turned blank. I decided to do Heart Power (the local name for HeartMath). It acted like magic."
—Sayantani Das, 13, Student in New Delhi, India
"The results of my personal experience with the HeartMath System have been nothing short of dramatic, and I know that my fellow competitors feel likewise. … The ways in which I have benefited from the HeartMath approach are undeniable. I am able to remain calm and mentally acute, focusing only on the moment."
—Equestrian Beverley Bennett, Surrey, British Columbia, Canada
"With chronic fatigue, you can’t really plan your life, even a couple of days ahead. Using HeartMath, I am experiencing the increased energy and mental function I’ve needed to really re-enter life in a stable way. Now I’ve gotten to the point where I can ask the question, what do I want to do with the rest of my life?"
—Patrick Jacobs, Nuclear/Electronic Computing Engineer
Again, all of us at the Institute of HeartMath are so thankful for you. We hope you are proud and a little impressed with all that you and IHM have achieved.
Oh, there’s one more thing: Approximately 240,000 people around the world visited the pages of www.heartmath.org in the last year. Just imagine how much more awareness there is about stress and how to manage it in the world today and all the new people who are practicing the principles of heart-based living.
We wish each of you a joyous holiday season and heartfelt New Year.
