INTRODUCTION: IHM initiated its Monthly Giving program for the convenience of supporters and to help insure future resources for the institute’s stress-reduction and emotion self-regulation research. It will help IHM better plan and provide the programs and services so many people have requested and relied upon to improve their lives.

Become a HeartMath Monthly Giver during the HeartMath Military Service Appreciation Campaign and receive a free IHM Membership and a HeartMath Tote Bag with a donation of $5 or more a month. Your gift each month can help us distribute the HeartMath Education And Resilience Training DVD (H.E.A.R.T.) DVD program for free to thousands of veterans and military personnel deal with the mental and emotional and physical challenges they face during and after service. How does Monthly Giving work?

With Monthly Giving, you may designate that a monthly contribution of any amount either be charged to a credit card or debited from your checking account. IHM will process this secure transaction the first week of each month. At the end of the year, you’ll receive a single summary of your contributions, including a tax receipt. Monthly contributions are flexible and can be changed or canceled at any time.

Why give monthly?

Monthly giving helps donors spread contributions over a year, instead of giving them in larger lump sums. The Monthly Giving program is flexible: Donors may increase, decrease, postpone or stop donations at any time. Even a small amount is significant when given over 12 months.

• $10 a month can put life-changing, heart-based educational programs and HeartMath’s proven technology into the hands of 30 students and teachers who otherwise would not have access to them.
• $25 a month will cover the cost of providing programs and services to 50 people facing serious challenges in their lives.
• $50 a month can provide 100 at-risk students increased focus, comprehension and confidence.
• $100 a month will provide training programs and technology to 100 veterans and active-duty troops, giving them solutions for lessening mental, emotional and physical suffering.

Monthly Giving Options

1. By credit card: Complete and mail the Donor Form to IHM or call Del Walker toll free at (800) 711-6221 or direct at (831) 338-8502 with the credit card information needed to make your monthly gift.
2. By checking account: Fill in a signed check – this will be your first monthly contribution – with the amount you would like to donate each month thereafter, complete the IHM Donor Form and mail both to:
